Reflecting on the last 6 months

Hello everyone!

We, here at Eikan, would like to share our reflections on the last 6 months. We officially opened our school back in April, and we have enjoyed the process of building it up.

We started the school to offer people the chance to learn English in a friendly environment that focuses more on communication and natural learning methods, rather than just memorizing everything and then being expected to pass tests.

Since we are a very new and small school, we have been offering lessons online and at Kurara, which is a community center in Saijo. We have loved meeting the people who were kind enough to become our first students. So, firstly, we would like to thank all of our current students for choosing to be with us at Eikan! You guys are the best.

We have learned how challenging it can be to run a new school, but it has been something that we have enjoyed so far. Our next big challenge is to grow our school to the point where we can have our own place!

We are planning to have an open day in the near future, so we hope to see you there! Thank you for reading this!
